Terms and Conditions
By donating to or purchasing from Metro Networks, you agree to the following. Read it before you buy.
1. Donations and purchases
All donations and purchases support the running of the server. Everything is final and non-refundable once processed. Donating doesn't entitle you to staff decisions going your way, changes to server rules, or any treatment outside of the perks listed for your package.
2. Perks and subscriptions
Discord roles, in-game perks, and queue priority are tied to your active subscription. They're not permanent and last only as long as your sub is active. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, the perks come with it.
3. Supporter cases
If you buy supporter cases in-game, don't dump them in your hotbar or spam-open them. Open them slowly. We're not responsible for items lost to spamming or bugs caused by misuse.
4. When perks apply
Roles and perks are set up automatically and should apply within one hour of your purchase clearing. If something hasn't shown up after that, open a support ticket in Discord.
5. Bans and removals
If you're banned for breaking server rules, you lose access to your perks with no refund. Donating does not protect you from moderation, and it won't reverse a ban.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will get you permanently banned from the server and Discord, and any perks removed immediately. If you've got a genuine issue, talk to us first through a ticket.
7. Changes
We may update perks, prices, or these terms at any time. Continuing to play or purchase after a change means you accept it.
8. Age and payment
You must be old enough to make payments under Australian law, or have permission from whoever owns the payment method. Don't use payment details that aren't yours.
9. Not affiliated
Metro Networks isn't affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, or Discord. All donations go toward running our community server.
